There are a lot of great tutorials out there on what to click, what hashtags to use, etc so instead here we are focusing on principles.

Michelle Perkins who came on the show who works in the Pets sector (dogs and cats) described a part of her day as she swept the large number of social accounts she has to manage.

“You have to make sure people are happy because if they’ve made a positive comment, great. If they’ve made a negative comment, you wanna contact that person, you wanna help them out. That’s my place to say to the customer service team, you need to give them a call.
